We operate under several brand names, including Halton Farms Milkshack and Cow to Cup Delivery Service, these are all managed by the parent company Halton Farms Limited

​All processing of customer information will only be undertaken by Halton Farms Limited.

 

How long do we keep and process your information?

Personal information used for invoicing will be kept in accordance with UK Tax Laws, currently this is 6 years.

 

Paper records will be kept for the period you are using our delivery services, and a following 2 years from when you stop using our services.

 

​​Once the time limit has passed for each element, all records will be destroyed.
